摘  要:以单流厚板坯连铸中间包为研究对象,设计了4种中间包控流装置方案,分别对其进行了数值模拟计算和水模实验,结果表明,D方案中间包内的死区比例小、钢液平均停留时间长,有利于夹杂物的排除。应用该方案冶炼管线钢后,钢板的探伤合格率提高了0.9%。Taking the tundish in single-strand heavy slab continuous caster as the study object, four kinds of programs for control device of flow fields were designed. The numerical simulation calculation and water model experiment for these four programs were carried out. The study results showed that according to the studies from the program D the dead area in tundish accounted for very small proportion and the average retention time was longer, all of which were in favor of removing inclusions. So the pass percent of the steel plates for pipeline by flaw detection increased by 0.9% after smelting molten steel for pipeline by using program D.
