摘 要:针对鞍钢冷轧热镀锌线退火炉煤气单耗增加的问题,进行了热工测试和热平衡结果分析,提出了提高无氧化段空气过剩系数、降低辐射管段空气过剩系数、优化辐射管结构和减少炉墙表面散热等节能措施,实施后,镀锌线退火炉煤气单耗由0.955GJ/t降为0.927GJ/t,年节约煤气9800GJ,节能效果显著。In allusion to the problem that the gas consumption for annealing furnace for cold rolled hot-dip galvanizing line in Ansteel went on rising, the thermal testing and thermal balance analysis on gas consumption were carried out. Energy saving measures such as increasing the air excess coefficient in non-oxidation zone, reducing the air excess coefficient in radiant tube zone, optimizing the structure of the radiant tube and decreasing the heat dissipation from the surface of the furnace wall were proposed. After the measures were put into practice, the gas consumption for annealing furnace for galvanizing line was lowered to 0.927 GJ/t from 0.955 GJ/t and the amount of gas saving per year was 9 800 GJ, which meant the energy-saving effect was significant.
