摘　　要：介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司炼焦总厂7m顶装煤焦炉斗嘴控制系统的概况。针对该系统在生产运行中存在的问题,提出了增加控制联锁点、利用信号电道、增加斗嘴监控及增设紧急操作箱等改进与优化措施。应用后,煤塔因电气回路及元器件故障所引起的淌煤事故率降低为零,增强了顶装煤焦炉煤塔和装煤车等设备在运行过程中的安全稳定性。The general situation on the control system for the funnel mouth in the 7 m top-charged coke oven in General Coking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was introduced. In allusion to the troubles occurred in the system in operation, these improvement and optimization measures such as installing the control interlock points, taking advantage of the signal circuit, installing the monitoring device for the funnel mouth and the emergency control box were proposed. After the measures were taken, the failure rate of coal flowing down from the coal bunker due to the troubles occurred in electric circuit and electronic devices was reduced to zero percent, and thus both safety and stability of the equipment such as coal bunker and charging car were improved.
