摘  要:分析了导致活套张力出现偏差的原因。针对伺服阀的零偏问题,提出一种活套系统伺服阀零偏补偿控制方法,通过在线调整,确定控制参数。投入使用后,取得了满意的效果,解决了轧制过程中活套张力设定值与反馈值之间的偏差问题,提高了活套控制系统的可靠性和稳定性。The causes leading to the tension deviation of a looper were analyzed. Aiming at the trouble of zero deviation in terms of the servo valves, the control method for the zero offset compensator for servo valves in the looper system was proposed by determining the control parameters based on the online adjustment. After the system was put into use, the satisfactory results were achieved. And the deviation trouble between the set value and the feedback value in terms of the looper tension in the process of rolling was solved. So the stability and reliability of the looper control system were improved.
