摘  要:阐述了现有振动标准存在的各种限制,介绍了鞍钢设备管理中应用的设备全寿命诊断标准,分析了“二维”和“三定”特性,说明了标准中对设备寿命各阶段的理解与划分,尤其是“紫区”的特性,并在设备全寿命诊断标准的基础上,提出了实现在线监测及智能诊断的方案。The various limitations according to existing standards for vibration was expounded. Diagnostic criteria for service Life of equipment applied to equipment management in Ansteel were introduced. The characteristics of so called Two Dimensions and Three Definitions were analyzed. The understanding and division for service Life of equipment at each stage according to the criteria were explained, especially emphasizing the characteristics of Purple Zone. Based on the diagnostic criteria for service Life of equipment, the scheme for achieving the online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis was proposed.
