摘 要:[目的/意义]为筛选和预判高价值专利的产生提供参考。[方法/过程]以中国发明专利金奖作为样本,在提取这些专利5个主要特征的基础上提出高价值专利研究假设,构建高价值专利的主要特征及产生概率的回归模型,并对实证结果进行分析。[结果/结论]结果表明,5个主要特征中,4年内被引频次、权利要求数、三方专利族与高价值专利有显著正向关系,技术宽度、专利诉讼次数与高价值专利有显著负向关系。因此,针对相近技术领域的相关专利,可以此回归模型作为定量分析工具,预测高价值专利产生的概率。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for screening high-value patents and predicting their emergence.[Method/process]The paper takes the China invention patents winning gold award as samples,puts forward the hypothesis of high-value patent research on the basis of extracting the five main characteristics of these patents,and constructs high-value patent’s main characteristics and regression model predicting its generation probability,and analyzes the empirical results.[Result/conclusion]The results show that among the five main characteristics,the frequency of citation within 4 years,the number of claims,and the triadic patent families have significant positive relationships with high-value patent;the technology width,the number of patent litigation have significant negative relationships with high-value patent.Therefore,this regression model can be used as a quantitative analysis tool to predict the probability of high-value patents for the related patents in similar technical fields.
