摘 要:研究了自吸式搅拌反应器的相分散和传质特性,比较了两种不同搅拌桨的气体吸入临界速率、相分散情况和气液传质系数。通过溶氧电极测量其中的气液传质系数,重点研究了在不同操作条件下自吸式反应器的气液传质特性。对比不同叶轮转速和液面高度的影响。实验结果表明,通过吸气支管改变出气孔位置,使临界转速下降,相分散均匀,气液传质系数显著提高。The dispersion of gas phase into liquid phase and the gas-liquid mass-transfer characteristics were studied in this thesis. A comparison of critical agitating speed, phase-dispersion, and gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient under two different types of agitators was performed systematically. It was shown that the gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient increased with increased agitator speed, while decreased with an increase in the distance between the liquid level and the agitator. In addition, the effect of agitator type on the gas-liquid mass transfer was evident.
