摘 要:研究了白腐菌糙皮侧耳对2,4,6-三氯酚废水的吸附和降解机理及菌丝体对2,4,6-三氯酚废水的降解影响。研究表明:白腐菌菌丝体对三氯酚吸附反应比较迅速,很快能够达到吸附平衡。当改变三氯酚加入方式,漆酶最高酶活和三氯酚去除率都会增加,这种方式可以减少三氯酚对漆酶酶活的抑制作用。三氯酚去除过程中,吸附作用和降解作用所占比例相当,几乎不随浓度变化。The adsorption and degradation mechanism of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol wastewater by white-rot fungi and the effects of mycelium on the degradation of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol wastewater were studied. The results show that the adsorption reaction of mycelium is rapid and the adsorption equilibrium is reached in a short time. When the adding mode of trichlorophenol is changed, the highest enzyme activity of laccase and the removal rate of trichlorophenol will be increased. The inhibiting effect of trichlorophenol on laccase activity can be reduced in this way. In the process of trichlorophenol removal, adsorption and degradation play an equal role and hardly change with the concentration.
