摘 要:20世纪50年代(1950年-1959年),中国噬菌体的研究应用主要以痢疾噬菌体为主,我国第一批混合噬菌体液态成品制剂由大连生物制品所研发,并且在痢疾疾病的防控和治疗中起到了重要作用。限于该时期医疗条件及抗生素匮乏等问题的影响,国内部分学者将目光聚焦在噬菌体领域内。然而对于噬菌体的疗效评价一直处于褒贬不一的状态,甚至一度动摇了人们生产噬菌体制剂的信心。鉴于此,本文作者收集、归纳、整理了上世纪50年代期间国内相关噬菌体研究及应用等方面的文献,整合分析思索当时的不足之处,以期为我国噬菌体的广泛应用追踪溯源,找出噬菌体发展历程中的理论基础。In the 1950s(1950-1959),the research and application of bacteriophage in China were mainly dominated by dysentery bacteriophage.The first batch of phage liquid preparations in China was developed by Dalian Biological Products Institute.They had played an important role in the prevention and treatment of dysentery diseases.Because limited to the medical conditions and the lack of antibiotics during the period,some domestic academics focused on bacteriophage.However,the evaluation of the efficacy of bacteriophage preparations had different perspectives,and even once shaken people’s confidence in the production of bacteriophage preparations.To further interpret this issue,the academic literature on bacteriophage research and application during the 1950s in China were collected,summarized,and reviewed over the decade.After simultaneously integrating and analyzing the documents,the findings suggest that we could trace the origin of bacteriophage in a wide range of applications,and find out the development and the theoretical basis of the course of bacteriophage.
