摘 要:肠杆菌科病原菌是临床上分离量最高的细菌,常引起肠道、腹腔、泌尿道、生殖道和呼吸道等多种感染,临床治疗通常以抗生素为主。然而,随着抗生素的广泛使用,在肠杆菌科产生了大量的耐药性菌株,对临床治疗带来了极大地困扰。如今,肠杆菌科细菌的耐药问题越来越引起世界医疗卫生机构的关注与重视,相关研究人员开始致力于寻找并开发能够替代抗生素的治疗方式,其中,噬菌体作为一种天然抗菌生物,再次成为人们关注的热点。本文就我国临床上分离量最高的三种肠杆菌(大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌)的噬菌体治疗进行总结,阐述噬菌体在控制主要肠杆菌感染的相关研究进展。The Enterobacteriaceae are the most clinically isolated bacteria,often causing intestinal infections,abdominal infections,urinary tract infections,genital tract infections and respiratory tract infections and other infections,and the main clinical treatment is antibiotics.However,with the extensive use of antibiotics,a large amount of drug-resistant Enterobacteriaceae bacteria have been created,greatly disturbing the clinical treatment.Nowadays,the drug resistance of Enterobacteriaceae is getting more and more attention from the world’s medical and health institutions.Many researchers and institutions begin to devote themselves to finding and developing better ways to replace antibiotics.Phage,as a kind of natural antibacterial organisms,become the focus of attention again.In this paper,the progress of phage therapy of the three clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae(Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae),which have the highest clinical isolates in China,are reviewed.
