摘  要:细菌的抗生素耐药性日渐成为人类生存的一大威胁。抗生素在人类和动植物中的过度使用,使细菌的耐药性由单一的发展成多重的。目前常用的抗生素已经无法抑制多重耐药菌的生长繁殖。新型药物的开发需要的周期较长,投入成本高,因此噬菌体治疗再次得到学者们的关注。目前,在美国已有一例通过静脉施用噬菌体联合抗生素治愈多重耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌的成功案例,为噬菌体治疗开辟了新思路。The antibiotic resistance of bacteria has gradually become a major threat to human survival.The excessive use of antibiotics in humans and plant and animal species has allowed the development of bacterial resistance to from multiple sources.The commonly used antibiotics have not been able to inhibit the growth and reproduction of multi-drug resistant bacteria.The development of new drugs requires a long period of time and high input costs,so phage treatment has once again received the attention of scholars.At present,in the United States,there has been one case of successful treatment of multi-drug-resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii by intravenous administration of bacteriophage combined with antibiotics.It provides new ideas for bacteriophage therapy.
