摘 要:目的 分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者日常膳食摄入组分、频率及体质指数(BMI)与血糖相关性,为改善T2DM患者血糖提供依据。方法 随机选取内分泌科T2DM住院患者81例,收集入院时患者一般情况、食物摄入组分、频率及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)测量值,采用单因素分析和多重线性回归分析上述因素与HbA1c相关性。结果(1)性别、年龄、学历、甜食糕点、肥肉或内脏及咸菜或腌制食品对HbA1c的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)BMI每升高1 kg/m^2,HbA1c平均降低0.228%(t =-3.495,P = 0.001),经偏相关分析校正后,BMI < 24 kg/m^2与HbA1c呈负相关,(r =-0.434,P = 0.021);(3)含糖饮料摄入频率每上升1个等级,HbA1c平均增加1.198 %;(4)油炸食品摄入频率每上升1个等级,HbA1c平均增加0.522 %。结论 BMI、含糖饮料及油炸食品是影响T2DM患者HbA1c值的因素。Objective To analyze the basic situation and the components and frequency of daily dietary intake of type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and to investigate the influence of its components and frequency on HbA1c. Methods 81 T2DM patients in the department of endocrinology were randomly selected to record the HbA1c on admission and investigate the basic situation and components and frequency of dietary;Then,the correlation between the above factors and HbA1c were analyzed using One-way and Multiple linear regression analysis. Results(1)The effects of gender, age, educational background, sweet pastries, fatty meat or guts and salted or pickled foods on HbA1c were not statistically significant.(2)For each 1 kg/m^2 increase in BMI,the average of HbA1c decreased by 0.228%(t =-3.495,q = 0.001). After the correction of partial correlation analysis,BMI < 24 kg/m^2 was negatively correlated with HbA1c,(r =-0.434,P = 0.021).(3)The average increase in the intake of sugary drinks was 1.198 %.(4) The average rate of consumption of fried food was 0.522 % per grade. Conclusion BMI, sugary drinks and fried foods are influencing factors of HbA1c of T2DM patients.
