摘  要:啶虫脒是一种氯代新烟碱类杀虫剂,具有高效、广谱、低毒和高选择性,在我国农药市场上占有很重要的地位。氯代新烟碱类是一种烟碱乙酰胆碱受体的激动剂,对昆虫神经系统起作用,还对该受体有着高的亲和性。啶虫脒对害虫具有触杀和胃毒的作用,它具有优越防治效果,所以广泛应用于多种农作物的防治害虫。本文综述了啶虫脒合成技术研究进展及市场分析,并指出将来啶虫脒合成技术遵循环保安全、技术先进、工艺可靠、经济合理的原则。Acetamiprid are the neonicotinoids class of insecticides.Due to its high efficiency, broad-spectrum for weed control, low toxicity crop and good selectivity, it is an important pesticide on the market in our country.As the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAchR) excitant, there is a selectivity that the neonicotinoid insecticide acts on the nervous system nAChR of the insect, and it has rather high-affinity on nAChR.Acetamil is a widely used insecticide, which has the effects of contact and stomach poisoning on pests.It has superior control effect, so it is widely used in the control of pests of various crops.Based on the advantages of the pesticide, the design follows the principles of environmental protection, advanced technology, reliable technology and economical rationality.
