摘  要:以贵州本地重晶石为原料,研究了盐酸、氢氟酸及氟化钠等酸洗方法以及高温煅烧方法对重晶石原矿的提纯增白效果。实验结果表明,单纯用无机酸处理仅可使原矿白度升高到64. 56%,采用无机酸处理再高温煅烧可使白度升高到88. 57%。其中,氢氟酸的增白效果最佳。氢氟酸处理再高温煅烧,在显著提升白度的同时,也使原矿中的杂质大幅减少,最终产品的硫酸钡含量达到97. 25%、铁含量降到0. 044%、铝含量降至0. 11%,接近沉淀硫酸钡的质量指标。Guizhou local barite is used as raw material to study the purification effect of hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and sodium fluoride and the high-temperature calcination method on the purification and whitening effect of barite ore. The experimental results showed that the treatment with inorganic acid can only increase the whiteness of the ore to 64.56%. The use of inorganic acid treatment and high temperature calcination can increase the whiteness to 88.57%. Among them, hydrofluoric acid had the best whitening effect. Hydrofluoric acid treatment and high temperature calcination, while significantly improving the whiteness, also greatly reduced the impurities in the ore. The final product had a barium sulfate content of 97.25%, an iron content of 0.044%, and an aluminum content of 0.11%, reached the quality index of precipitated barium sulfate.
