脱氮滤池在某城镇污水厂提标改造中的应用

摘　　要：采用"细格栅沉砂池-初沉池-水解池-SBR池-脱氮滤池-混凝沉淀池-紫外消毒池"工艺对某城镇污水厂进行了提标改造,通过设置初沉池去除无机质并减轻后续处理设施的处理压力,增加水解系统提高废水的可生化性,增加专性的脱氮滤池强化硝化效果并部分回流至SBR池前置反硝化,增加絮凝沉淀+消毒的深度处理工艺提高系统的CODcr、SS、TP和大肠杆菌的去除能力,取得了良好的处理效果,出水达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B排放标准。The urban wastewater treatment firm was upgraded by “grille & grit chamber-primary settling tank-SBR tank-nitrogen removal filter-coagulation sedimentation tank-UV disinfection tank” combined process, removing the inorganic substance and reducing the pressure of the subsequent treatment facilities by setting the primary settling tank, improving the biodegradability of the wastewater by setting hydrolytic tank, enhancing nitrification effect and partial reflux to SBR tank for pre-denitrification by setting nitrogen removal filter, improving the removal ability of COD Cr , SS, TP and Escherichia coli by setting coagulation sedimentation tank-UV disinfection tank, a good result was achieved. The effluent indexes reached B grade of the first level in National Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002 ).
