摘 要:本文在河南省全球价值链重构背景下,采用KAYA恒等式,结合LMDI分解法,将影响河南工业碳排放的因素分为能源排放强度、能源结构、能源强度和产出规模。依据LMDI分解方法,从能源排放强度效应、能源结构效应、能源强度效应即(技术效应)、产出规模效应4个方面分析对河南省工业碳排放的影响。结果表明:(1)产业规模对河南省工业碳排放的增长起促进作用;(2)能源强度的不断降低,即技术水平的不断提高对碳排放有明显的负向作用;(3)能源结构效应是河南省工业碳排放增长的弱驱动因素。从促进产业结构调整升级、嵌入全球价值链高端环节、合理设计环境规制政策、提高能源利用效率四个方面对河南省工业企业参与全球价值链分工中的碳减排的提出对策及建议。Under the background of the reconstruction of the global value chain of Henan province, using Kaya identity combined with LMDI decomposition method, the factors influencing Henan industrial carbon emission are divided into energy emission intensity, energy structure, energy intensity and output scale. According to LMDI decomposition method, the influence of energy emission intensity effect, energy structure effect, energy intensity effect (technical effect) and output scale effect on the industrial carbon emission in Henan province is analyzed. The results show that (1) the industrial scale promotes the growth of industrial carbon emission in Henan province;(2) the continuous reduction of energy intensity, that is, the continuous improvement of technical level has obvious negative effect on carbon emission;(3) the energy structure effect is the weak driving factor of industrial carbon emission growth in Henan province. The countermeasures and suggestions of Henan industrial enterprises to participate in the global value chain division are expounded by promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, embedding the high-end link of the global value chain, designing the environmental regulatory policy and improving the efficiency of energy use.
