胆胃宁颗粒剂对大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆胃宁颗粒剂对大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型的影响。方法:建立大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡、大鼠冰醋酸型胃溃疡模型,通过测定溃疡面积、胃液分泌量、胃酸及胃蛋白酶活性等指标,观察胆胃宁颗粒剂对大鼠两种实验性胃溃疡的影响。结果:与模型组比较,低、中及高剂量组幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠溃疡面积明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,低、中及高剂量组幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,低、中及高剂量组醋酸型胃溃疡大鼠溃疡面积明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胆胃宁颗粒剂在各项试验中均能明显减少溃疡面积,且中、高剂量组疗效与阳性药奥美拉唑相当。结论:胆胃宁颗粒剂对幽门结扎型胃溃疡、冰醋酸型胃溃疡均有抑制和治疗的作用。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of Danweining granules on experimental gastric ulcer model in rats.METHODS:To establish pyloric ligation gastric ulcer and a gastric ulcer model of glacial acetic acid in rats,the effect of Danweining granules on the two experimental gastric ulcer models were observed by measuring the area of ulcer,volume of gastric secretion,indices of gastric acid and pepsin activity.RESULTS:Compared with the model group,the area of ulcer in the low,middle and high dose groups of the pyloric ligation gastric ulcer had been significantly reduced,with statistically significant difference ( P< 0.05).Rats with pyloric ligation gastric ulcer in low,medium and high dose groups can significantly reduce gastric acid and pepsin activity,with statistically significant difference ( P< 0.05).Compared with the model group,the area of ulcer in the low,middle and high dose groups of gastric ulcer model of glacial acetic acid had been significantly reduced,with statistically significant difference ( P< 0.05).The Danweining granules can significantly reduce the area of ulcer in all the tests,the medium and high dose groups are more effective than the positive drug of omeprazole.CONCLUSIONS:Danweining granules has inhibitory and therapeutic effects on pyloric ligation gastric ulcer and gastric ulcer of glacial acetic acid.
