摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年4月鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院收治的老年糖尿病合并高脂血症患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规治疗联合瑞舒伐他汀,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用依折麦布。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血脂[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平及血糖控制情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.78%(44/45),明显高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的TC、TG及HDL-C水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组,空腹C肽水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗老年糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状与血脂水平。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe in treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.METHODS:Totally 90 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted into Edong Healthcare Group Huangshi Central Hospital from Dec.2017 to Apr.2018 were extracted to be divided the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment combined with rosuvastatin,and the observation group received ezetimibe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum lipid [total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels] before and after treatment,and blood glucose control of two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(35/45),the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the fasting C-peptide level was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe is effective in the treatment of elderly diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and blood lipid levels of patients,and has higher safety.
