滋阴舒筋散联合针刺疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴舒筋散联合针刺疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年11月焦作市妇幼保健院收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿98例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组患儿单独给予针刺疗法治疗,观察组患儿联合应用滋阴舒筋散及针刺疗法治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、精细运动功能评估量表(finemotor function measure scale,FMFM)评分、粗大运动功能量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM)评分、Ashworth评分及Peabody精细运动发育量表(Peabody developmental motor scale-fine motor,PDMS-FM)评分的差异。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为91.84%(45/49),明显高于对照组的73.47%(36/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿的FMFM评分、Ashworth评分、PDMS FM评分和GMFM评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴舒筋散联合针刺疗法可显著改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的运动功能,提高其运动能力。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Ziyinshujin powder combined with acupuncture therapy in treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children. METHODS: 98 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted into Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiaozuo from Feb. 2016 to Nov. 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture therapy, while the observation group was given Ziyinshujin powder combined with acupuncture therapy. Differences in clinical efficacy, fine motor function measure scale(FMFM) scores, gross motor function measure(GMFM) scores, Ashwirth scores and Peabody developmental motor scale-fine motor(PDMS-FM) scores between two groups were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 91.84%(46/49), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.47%, 36/49), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the FMFM score, Ashwirth score, PDMS FM score and GMFM score of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of Ziyinshujin powder and acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the motor function and promote athletic ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
