黄连解毒汤联合八正散治疗尿路感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连解毒汤联合八正散治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月至2018年12月宝鸡市中医医院收治的尿路感染患者109例,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组56例和对照组53例。对照组患者经药物敏感试验后选择敏感性抗菌药物等常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用黄连解毒汤联合八正散,两组患者均连续治疗15d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、尿白细胞计数、尿细菌计数及半年复发情况。结果:研究组患者的总有效率为94.6%(53/56),明显高于对照组的77.4%(41/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的尿白细胞计数、尿细菌计数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,研究组患者的复发率为0%(0/56),明显低于对照组的7.5%(4/53),差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:黄连解毒汤联合八正散治疗尿路感染的疗效理想,复发率低。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Huanglianjiedu decoction combined with Bazheng powder in treatment of urinary tract infection (UTI).METHODS:109 patients with UTI admitted into Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2018 to Dec.2018 were selected and divided into research group (56 cases) and control group (53 cases) according to different therapeutic regimens.The control group was given sensitive antibiotics for conventional therapy after drug sensitivity test,while the research group was given Huanglianjiedu decoction combined with Bazheng powder based on the control group,both groups were continuously treated for 15 days.Clinical efficacy,white blood cell counts in urine,bacteria count in urine and incidence of relapse of two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rates of research group was 94.6%(53/56),which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.4%,41/53),with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and bacteria count in urine of research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of research group was 0%(0/56),which was significantly lower than that of the control group (7.5%,4/53),with statistically significant difference ( P =0.040).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Huanglianjiedu decoction combined with Bazheng powder in treatment of UTI is remarkable,with low recurrence rate.
