摘 要:本文以湖南省2004-2017年的时间序列数据为基础,从选取的13个指标中筛选驱动力指标,采用主成分分析法和多元逐步回归模型提取核心驱动因子,结果表明:社会经济因素、收入水平和政策因素是湖南省城市建设用地主要驱动力,农业机械总动力和财政收入在所有驱动力因子中对城市建设用地的影响较为明显,研究结果有利于从驱动因素着手指导城市规划。Based on the time series data of Hunan Province from 2004 to 2017, the driving force indicators were selected from the chosen 13 indicators, and the core driving factors were extracted by principal component analysis and multiple stepwise regression model. The results showed that socio-economic factors, income level and policy factors were the main driving forces of urban construction land in Hunan Province. The total power of agricultural machinery and financial revenue had significant impacts on urban construction land among all the driving factors. The research results were conducive to guiding urban planning from the driving factors.
