耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷应用于原发性高血压患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷应用于原发性高血压患者的效果观察。方法将2017年1月~2017年12月收治的60例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在常规药物基础上行耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者收缩压和舒张压无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组收缩压和舒张压改善水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组降压效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者在使用常规药物的基础上行耳穴贴压配合穴位贴敷治疗能够改善其血压水平,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint sticking combined with acupoint sticking on patients with essential hypertension. Methods The patients with essential hypertension admitted from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine drugs. The research group was treated with auricular acupoint sticking combined with acupoint sticking on the basis of routine drugs. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment( P > 0.05). The improvement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment. The effect of blood pressure reduction in the study group was better than that in the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Auricular Acupoint Plaster combined with Acupoint Plaster Therapy can improve the blood pressure level and improve the therapeutic effect of essential hypertension patients on the basis of using conventional drugs.
