超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗常年变应性鼻炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗常年变应性鼻炎的效果。方法选取2018年1~12月常年变应性鼻炎患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用氟替卡松+氯雷他定治疗;观察组采用超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者治疗1个月、6个月及12个月总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗1个月、6个月及12个月总有效率(56.67%、80.00%、96.67%)明显高于对照组(30.00%、50.00%、73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为10.00%和33.33%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对常年变应性鼻炎患者进行超声波鼻炎治疗仪治疗整体疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus in perennial allergic rhinitis patients. Methods 60 perennial allergic rhinitis patients treated from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fluticasone and Loratadine;the observation group was treated with ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus. After 1m,6m and 12m of treatment,the total effective rate and adverse event rate was compared. Results After 1m,6m and 12m of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group( 56.67%,80.00%,96.67%) was significantly higher than control group( 30.00%,50.00%,73.33%)( P < 0.05);the adverse event rate in the observation group( 10.00%) was significantly lower than control group( 33.33%)( P < 0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus can increase the overall effects and clinical safety.
