硬币分包一体机的设计

摘　　要：针对现有硬币分捡装置功能单一、结构复杂、售价昂贵、工作效率低等问题,设计了一种硬币分包一体机,机械结构主要包括螺旋输送装置、控速装置、分拣滑道装置、收集装置和包装装置。螺旋输送装置与传送带配合控制硬币进入分拣滑道,硬币利用重力通过分拣滑道完成分类并进入收集装置,再通过多次位移到达包装装置,最后完成包装。该装置实现了硬币分类和包装一体化,减少了人工成本,提高了效率,降低了劳动强度,具有较好的实用价值与推广意义。Aiming at the problems of the existing coin picking device,such as simple function,complex structure,expensive price and low working efficiency,an all-in-one coin dispenser is designed.The mechanical structure mainly includes screw conveyor,speed control device,sorting slide way,collection device and packaging device.The screw conveyor and the conveyor belt work together and control the coins enter into the sorting chute.The coins are classified by gravity through the sorting slide way and enter the collection device,and then reach the packaging device through multiple displacements.Finally,the packaging is completed.This device realizes the integration of coin classification and packaging,decreases labor cost,improves efficiency,reduces labor intensity,and has good practical value and significance of promotion.
