摘　　要：介绍了侧推式分离机构的结构及工作原理,根据侧推式分离机构工作原理以及分离拨叉和分离摇臂受力示意分析,建立数学模型,对分离传递效率的计算进行分析,为变速器供应商在与主机厂整车匹配的过程中采用理论计算值优化匹配参数,以满足市场需求。The structure and working principle of the side-push type separation mechanism are introduced.The working principle of the side-push type separation mechanism and the working principle of the separation fork and the separation rocker arm are analyzed.And a mathematical model is established.Through the calculation and analysis of the efficiency of the separation and transmission,the transmission supplier can meet the market demand with the theoretical calculation value and the optimized matching parameter in the process of matching with the whole vehicle.
