摘 要:通过对现有排水控制系统控制缺点的分析,提出了一种基于模糊设定值加权的IMC-PID控制方案,对其控制原理及IMC-PID控制器的设计进行了分析,利用Matlab仿真分析软件对不同控制方案下的调节控制特性进行了分析。该控制系统与传统控制系统相比,优化了排水控制流程,具有控制调节时间短、控制精度高、稳态误差小、超调量小的优点,抗干扰能力更高,极大地提高了该控制系统调节的可靠性和稳定性,有效解决了采用PID控制或者模糊PID控制的传统煤矿井下排水控制系统在控制过程中存在所需监测的数据参数多、计算过程繁琐、对井下多变的水位工况条件适应性差等问题。Based on the analysis of the control shortcomings of the existing drainage control system,a IMC-PID control scheme based on fuzzy set value weighting is proposed,its control principle and the design of IMC-PID controller are analyzed,and the adjustment and control characteristics under different control schemes are analyzed by using Matlab simulation analysis software.Compared with the traditional control system,the control system optimizes the drainage control flow,which has the advantages of short control adjustment time,high control accuracy,small steady-state error and small overshoot,and has higher anti-interference ability,which greatly improves the reliability and stability of the control system,and effectively solves the problem of using P The traditional coal mine drainage control system with ID control or fuzzy PID control has many data parameters which need to be monitored in the control process,the calculation process is cumbersome,and the adaptability to the changing working conditions of the underground water level is poor.
