摘  要:针对HK-13型输送带打滑故障,详细分析打滑原因,包括输送带张紧力不足、滚筒上的包胶磨损严重、输送机超载、输送机托辊的损坏、受料点处堵料等。同时从输送带受力分析的角度出发,阐述了输送带在启动过程打滑和正常运行过程打滑的机理,提出了六条输送带打滑的预防措施。The slippage of HK-13 belt conveyor is one of the common faults of belt conveyor in coal mine.The causes of slippage of belt conveyor in coal mine are analyzed in detail,including insufficient tension of belt,serious wear and tear of glue coating on drum,overload of conveyor,damage of roller of conveyor,blockage at feeding point,etc.At the same time,from the point of view of force analysis of conveyor belt,the mechanism of slipping during start-up and normal operation of conveyor belt is elaborated,and six preventive measures for slipping of conveyor belt are put forward.
