摘　　要：西藏罗布莎铬铁矿矿岩节理裂隙发育,断层丰富。在工程中标后,为满足工程工期和巷道的成型要求,完成爆破设计并经过多次爆破试验后,提出了适合本工程岩石掘进的施工机具和爆破参数。主要包括桶型掏横槽改为契型掏槽、采用偏心钻头凿岩、阶段溜井分段施工,提高了出碴效率。通过1 a的施工,该施工方法取得了良好效果。In order to meet the requirements of construction period and roadway shaping after winning the bid,the Ministry of Project has completed blasting design and after many blasting tests,put forward tools and blasting parameters suitable for rock excavation in Luobusha Chromite Mine,Tibet.It mainly includes changing barrel-type cuts to wedge-type cuts,using eccentric drills to drill rocks,and improving the efficiency of ballasting by staged chute construction.Through one year's construction,the construction method has achieved good results.
