摘  要:富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是含有高浓度血小板的血浆,其富含的各类生长因子,可在骨再生的各个阶段直接或间接促进干细胞向成骨分化,同时抑制破骨细胞分化,从而促进新骨再生。为阐述大段骨缺损后的骨修复过程,大量研究围绕成骨机制展开。Platelet-rich plasma is a plasma containing high concentrations of platelets, which are rich in various growth factors, which can directly or indirectly promote the differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts at various stages of bone regeneration, and inhibit osteoclast differentiation, thereby promoting new bone regeneration. In order to explain the bone repair process after large segmental bone defect, a large number of studies have been carried out around the osteogenesis mechanism.
