摘　　要：针对盾构机设计制造的专用性及结构的特殊性,在盾构机再次使用前,需根据具体施工项目的水文地质情况、隧道施工条件、环境条件等实际情况,对欲投入的盾构机的某些部件或系统进行针对性的改造升级,或对某些系统设备(部件)进行更新再制造以满足工程的需要,从而达到减少设备投入,降低施工成本的目的。Before shield machine is put to use in a specific construction project, targeted upgrading of its parts or even the system should be made according to the new actual situations of the project, including the factors such as the hydro-logical and sub-surface conditions, tunnel construction conditions,and the environmental conditions. Upgrading and remanufacturing the equipment system or some of the parts can meet the needs of the project, so as to achieve the goal of reducing the investment in equipment and the cost of the construction project.
