摘　　要：产业集聚是产业经济和区域经济发展的重要因素。产业生态圈是一种新理念,产业功能区则是这种新理念的空间载体和表达形式。市场各类要素可以在功能区平台上进行更为有效的配置,从而让城市的主导产业集聚度更高、生命力更强。以生态圈理念构建主体产业功能区,从多种维度支撑主导产业的集聚和升级,并以精进化、精细化、一体化理念提高运作效率,从而使城市经济发展更具稳定性和可预期性。Industrial agglomeration is an important factor in industrial economy and regional economic development.Industrial ecosphere is a new idea,and industrial functional area is the space carrier and expression form of this new idea.Various elements of the market will be allocated more effectively on the platform of functional areas,so as to make the leading industries of cities more aggregated and more viable is a problem that must be studied in depth at present.With the concept of ecosphere,supporting the agglomeration and upgrading of leading industries from various dimensions, and improving the operational efficiency with the concept of refinement,refinement and integration,so as to make the urban economic development more stable and predictable.
