摘  要:为了探讨辐照对洋紫荆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,本研究分别采用不同辐照率和辐照时间的^60Co-γ射线辐射洋紫荆(Bauhinia variegata)种子。结果表明:总辐照剂量相同时,不同辐照率对洋紫荆种子的出苗率和成苗率没有显著影响;在0~375Gy辐射剂量内,对照组(0Gy)的出苗率和成苗率最高,分别为82.67%和74.00%,随着辐照剂量的增加,出苗率和成苗率呈非线性逐渐降低的变化趋势,致死剂(量)为375Gy。γ射线辐照处理获得的诱变苗株高、地径和相对叶绿素含量同样受剂量效应的影响,尤其是225Gy的辐照剂量能够显著增加洋紫荆地径和相对叶绿素含量。In order to survey the effects of irradiation on seed germination and seedling growth of Bauhinia variegata , the seeds of B. variegate treated with different ^60 Co-γ-irradiance and irradiation time were investigated. The results showed that the different irradiation rates had no significant effect on the emergence rate and percentage of seedling emergence of the B. variegate seeds whenthe total irradiation dose was the same. Within the scope ofthe radiation dose of 0-375 Gy, the highest emergence rate and seedling formation rate in the control group (0 Gy) were observed, which were 82.67% and 74.00%, respectively. With the increase of irradiation dose, the emergence rate and seedling emergence percentage appeared a non-linear decline, and the lethal dose to B. variegate seeds was 375 Gy. The characteristics of plant height, ground diameter and the relative chlorophyll content between these mutagenic seedlings were affected by the radiation dose of γ rays. Especially, there were significantly increase of the ground diameter and the relative chlorophyll content in B. variegata seedlings after treating with 225 Gy radiation dosage.
