摘 要:针对涤棉中浅色产品加工工艺流程长、耗时多、能耗高等问题,探讨了在130℃染色时加入高效助剂,分散染料染涤纶和棉纤维炼漂同浴完成的工艺。实践证明,在弱酸性条件下,在分散染料染涤纶工序中加入雅可赛TCB炼漂染一浴助剂,棉纤维可获得良好的毛效、白度及布面效果,目测涤纶染色表观色深与传统工艺无差别;选取耐H2O2的分散染料染涤纶,可实现涤棉针织物中棉织物炼漂、涤纶染色一浴同步完成,比传统工艺缩短3道工序,节能减排效果显著。In view of the problems of long process flow,time-consuming and high energy consumption of light-colored polyester/cotton products,the process of dyeing polyester with disperse dyes and cotton fi bers bleaching in one bath was discussed by dyeing polyester fibers at 130℃and adding highly efficient addi tives.Practice proved that under weak acidic conditions,cotton fibers could obtain good capillary effect,white ness and fabric surface effect by adding TCB one bath additive in the disperse dyeing process of polyester fi ber.Visual measurement of apparent color depth of polyester dyeing was not different from that of traditional process.Choosing hydrogen peroxide-resistant disperse dyes to dye polyester fibers could realize the simulta neous cotton fibers bleaching and polyester dyeing of polyester/cotton knitted fabrics in one bath.Compared with the traditional process,the process was shortened by three steps,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction was remarkable.
