电商扶贫效率的效应分解及空间扩散——基于修正Feder模型的空间杜宾分析

摘　　要：电子商务对扶贫效率的影响可以分解为直接效应和间接效应。通过构建电商扶贫效率的修正Feder模型,并利用2013—2017年中国30个省域面板数据进行空间杜宾分析,探讨电商扶贫效率直接效应和间接效应的空间扩散,研究结果表明扶贫效率在空间分布上呈现显著的阶梯特征,且邻近地区存在较明显的空间聚集;无论是邻接空间权重、地理距离权重还是经济地理权重,电商扶贫效率直接效应均呈现空间扩散效应,且邻接空间权重下的扩散力度最大;地理距离权重和经济地理权重下,间接效应呈现显著的空间回波效应,且经济地理权重下的回波力度小于地理距离权重下的回波力度。The impact of e-commerce on poverty alleviation efficiency can be both direct and indirect.This paper constructs a modified Feder model of poverty alleviation efficiency by e-commerce,and uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2017 to analyze the spatial diffusion of direct and indirect effects of poverty alleviation efficiency of e-commerce.The results show that the spatial distribution of poverty alleviation efficiency presents a significant ladder feature,and there is a relatively obvious spatial aggregation in the adjacent areas,regardless of the adjacent spatial weights and indirect effects.The direct effect of poverty alleviation efficiency of e-commerce shows spatial diffusion effect under geographical distance weight or economic geography weight,and the diffusion intensity under adjacent spatial weight is the largest;the indirect effect shows significant spatial echo effect under geographical distance weight and economic geography weight,and the echo intensity under economic geography weight is less than that under geographical distance weight.
