摘　　要：目的为了降低我院呼吸机的故障率,减少呼吸机维修费用,提升患者与临床科室人员满意度。方法对我院呼吸机实施精细化管理,首先分析我院呼吸机管理中现存的问题,针对现存问题,成立质量管理小组,引入信息管理系统对呼吸机的信息进行统计与追踪,然后制定详细的预防性维护方案并实施,对实施情况进行改进与监督。结果实施精细化管理以后,我院呼吸机的故障次数明显减少,故障反应时间缩短,维修费用明显降低,患者与临床科室人员满意度提升。结论精细化管理手段在我院呼吸机管理中能发挥较好的作用。Objective To reduce the failure rate of ventilator in our hospital, reduce the maintenance cost of ventilator, and improve the satisfaction of patients and clinical staff. Methods In this study, the ventilator of our hospital was carefully managed. Firstly, the existing problems in the management of ventilators in our hospital were analyzed. Aiming at the existing problems, a quality management team was set up and an information management system was introduced to make statistics and tracking of the ventilators’ information. Then, a detailed preventive maintenance program was developed and implemented to improve and supervise the implementation. Results After the implementation of fine management, the number of ventilator failures in our hospital was significantly reduced, the fault response time was shortened, the maintenance cost was significantly reduced, and the satisfaction of patients and clinical staff was improved. Conclusion The fine management means can play a better role in the fault management of ventilator.
