摘　　要：本文介绍了基于HIS心电图自助登记排队计价系统的应用与研究进展,该系统实现了患者需要进行心电图辅助检查时,通过自助服务设备完成检查申请、信息登记确认、排号分诊、检查项目计价、排队队列显示等医疗信息处理业务的全流程自助化。在不增加辅诊人员乃至撤除辅诊台的情况下,有效降低医疗辅助检查科室医师的工作量,提高患者的就诊体验。自助登记排队计价系统是一种在控制成本、节约医疗用地、推广应用、维护管理、可靠性各方面均能为医疗机构、患者提供优异服务的应用解决方案。The application and research progress of HIS electrocardiogram self-registration queuing pricing system was introduced in this paper. This system realized the whole process self-service of medical information processing business, such as examination application, information registration and confirmation, ranking and triage, examination item pricing, queue and queue display, etc., when patients needed ECG auxiliary examination. The system can effectively reduce the workload of doctors in the auxiliary examination department and improve the patient’s medical treatment experience without increasing the auxiliary diagnostic personnel or even removing the auxiliary diagnostic platform. Self-service registration queuing pricing system is an application solution that can provide excellent services for medical institutions and patients in all aspects of cost control, medical land saving, promotion and application, maintenance and management, and reliability.
