摘  要:地方高校开设MOOC这种在线教学模式,目的是为了利用更优秀的教学资源来提升学生的能力水平,但现实中其目标却很难实现。基于博弈理论和机制设计理论,通过实证研究证明,地方高校在资源不配套的情况下,开设慕课的目标与学生选择的目标激励不相容。因此,地方高校要在MOOC推广中达成激励相容的目标,资源配套要先行,同时要加强学生养成教育,培养学生的自主学习习惯。Local colleges and universities have set up MOOC-an online teaching mode designed to use better teaching resources to improve students’ abilities, but in reality it is difficult to achieve the goal. Based on game theory and mechanism design theory, this paper proves through empirical research that the goal of teaching in local colleges and universities is incompatible with the target objective chosen by students when the related resources are not provided. Hence local universities must achieve the goal of incentive compatibility in the promotion of MOOC, and resources must be matched in the first place. At the same time, it is a must to strengthen students’ cultivated-education and cultivate students’ autonomous learning habits in order to achieve the long-term goal of MOOC teaching.
