摘 要:介绍了第二代Sheer(Sinopec Hydrocracking Efficient Energy Reduction)加氢裂化技术特点并对两代Sheer加氢裂化技术的装置能耗及工程投资进行了比较。第二代Sheer加氢裂化技术在第一代Sheer加氢裂化技术基础上集成开发了正常操作旁路反应加热炉技术、多股流高温高压逆流传热技术、高压复合空冷技术及高压旋流强化组合分离技术。与第一代Sheer加氢裂化工程技术相比,集成开发的第二代Sheer加氢裂化工艺工程技术可进一步降低装置能耗2.99%~12.40%,降低CO 2排放量2.99%~12.40%,节省装置工程投资约2.91%,实现装置低能耗、低投资、长周期运行。The characteristics of the second generation Sheer (Sinopec Hydrocracking Efficient Energy Reduction) hydrocracking technology are introduced, and the energy consumption and engineering investment of the two generation Sheer hydrocracking technology are compared. On the basis of the first generation Sheer hydrocracking technology, the second generation Sheer hydrocracking technology integrates and develops normal operation bypass reaction heating furnace technology, multi-stream high temperature and high pressure countercurrent heat transfer technology, high pressure composite air cooling technology and high pressure swirl reinforced combined separation technology. Compared with the first generation Sheer hydrocracking technology, the integrated development of the second generation Sheer hydrocracking technology can further reduce energy consumption by 2.99%~12.40%, CO 2 emissions by 2.99%~12.40%, and unit engineering investment by 2.91%, thus realizing low energy consumption, low investment and long-term operation of the unit.
