摘 要:介绍了加氢催化剂FF-56和FF-24的级配体系在加氢精制反应装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:级配催化剂比单一FF-46催化剂具有更好的脱硫、脱氮活性,在不同的原料油加工负荷且精制反应器R303入口温度有所降低的条件下,级配催化剂的脱硫率、脱氮率比单一FF-46催化剂分别高9.23,5.30百分点;在反应周期内,级配催化剂均能保持较高的活性,即使在末期,其活性仍高于FF-46初期的活性;在原料油硫、氮含量均升高情况下,级配催化剂脱硫率、脱氮率仍高于FF-46催化剂,说明其对原料具有良好的适应性;每加工1Mt原油,级配催化剂平均脱硫率下降0.0182%,平均脱氮率下降0.0167%。级配催化剂与FF-46相比具有更大的孔容结构,为原料油的吸附创造了有利条件,从而促进加氢脱硫、脱氮反应。The industrial application of grading catalyst of FF-56 and FF-24 in hydrofining unit is introduced. The results show that grading catalyst have better high desulfurization and denitrogenation activities than single FF-46 catalyst at the same condition. The desulfurization rate and denitrogenation rate of grading catalyst are 9.23% and 5.30% higher than that of single FF-46 catalyst under different feed processing load and lower inlet temperature of hydrofining reactor (R303). During the reaction cycle, the graded catalyst can maintain high activity, even at the end of the reaction period, its activity is still higher than that of FF-46 at the initial stage;the same is true when the sulfur and nitrogen content of feedstock are increased, which shows that the graded catalyst has good adaptability to feedstock. The average desulfurization rate and denitrogenation rate of grading catalyst decreased by 0.018 2% and 0.016 7% respectively for every one million tons of feedstocks processed. The reason for high activities is that grading catalyst has bigger pore structure than FF-46, which provides favorable condition for adsorption of feedstock and promotes desulfurization and denitrogenation.
