摘  要:利用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)在连续流实验条件下对中国石油大港石化公司污水厂二沉池出水进行深度反硝化脱氮研究,对深度反硝化脱氮工艺进行可行性验证。结果表明,MBBR以一级曝气池出水为进水,投加外碳源并控制碳氮比为4~5,缺氧段水力停留时间为3h时,深度反硝化脱氮效果高效稳定。总氮去除率达(78.5±5.6)%,硝酸盐氮去除率高达(93.1±1.7)%;当一级曝气池出水引入酸碱中和废水(体积比300∶13)后,总氮脱除率仍达(76.2±2.5)%,硝酸盐氮去除率(92.8±1.4)%;出水的总氮质量浓度均小于3mg/L,无显著性差异,均可实现低氮排放,满足天津市最新污水排放标准中总氮的排放要求。Research of denitrification for nitrogen removal of effluent from secondary clarifier of PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Company are carried out in a moving-bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) under continuous flow conditions, and the feasibility of denitrification process for enhanced nitrogen removal is verified. The results show that when the MBBR reactor takes the effluent of the primary aeration tank as the inlet water, the denitrification effect is efficient and stable when the external carbon source is added and the ratio of carbon to nitrogen is controlled from 4 to 5, and the hydraulic residence time is 3 h in the anoxic stage. The removal rate of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen reached (78.5±5.6)% and (93.1±1.7)%. When the acidic- alkali neutralization wastewater is inject into the primary aeration tank (volume ratio 300∶ 13), the removal rate of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen still reached (76.2±2.5)% and (92.8±1.4)%. The total nitrogen mass concentration in effluent is less than 3 mg/L, and there is no significant difference. It can achieve low nitrogen emission and meet the requirements of the latest wastewater discharge standard in Tianjin.
