摘　　要：广陈皮为广东道地药材,具有极高的食用和药用价值,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、祛痰止咳及促进消化等作用。在临床上主要用于治疗咳嗽痰多、消化不良、小儿泄泻和厌食等疾病;在开发利用方面涉及药品、调味品、药膳及保健食品等,是极具开发前景的中药材。本文系统整理了广陈皮的药理作用和临床应用,为广陈皮的进一步合理开发与利用提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE: Guangchenpi is a geo-authentic crude drug from Guangdong, which has extremely high edible and medicinal value, and has the function of anti-oxidation, scavenging free radicals, expelling phlegm to arrest coughing and promoting digestion. It is mainly used for the treatment of diseases such as cough, excessive phlegm, dyspepsia, diarrhea and anorexia in children;it also can be developed and utilized as medicines, condiments, tonic diets and health foods, which is a promising Chinese herbal medicine with high development prospect. This paper has systematically reviewed the pharmacological actions and clinical application of Guangchenpi, so as to provide theoretical basis for its further rational development and utilization.
