摘 要:目的:探讨抗菌药物科学管理(antimicrobial stewardship,AMS)提升抗菌药物临床应用水平的效果。方法:粤北人民医院根据管理要求和文件精神,积极探索和实践,组建本院和本地区的AMS专家团队,构建和运行贯穿全程的AMS立体管理模式,持续提升抗菌药物管理和临床合理应用水平。结果:通过1年的AMS实践,抗菌药物使用率、使用强度及细菌耐药率等逐步降低,各项指标均达到国家管理要求,优于同级医院平均水平,成效显著,并将模式向全地区推广,共同遏制细菌耐药。结论:运用AMS可以有效提升临床抗菌药物合理应用水平,改善医疗质量,遏制细菌耐药。OBJECTIVE: Rational application of antibiotics is the key to improve the efficacy of clinical anti-infection, reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and curb the occurrence of bacterial resistance. METHODS: Based on the management requirements and the spirit of the document, Yuebei People’s Hospital actively explored and practiced the establishment of the antimicrobial stewardship(AMS) expert team in the hospital and the region, established the full-scale AMS stereo management model to continuously enhance the management and clinical rational application level of antibiotics. RESULTS: Through one year of AMS practice, the use rate of antibiotics, the use intensity and the rate of bacterial resistance decreased significantly. All the indicators reached the national management requirements, which was better than the average level of the hospitals at the same level. The results were significant, and the model was extended to the whole region to jointly curb bacterial resistance. CONCLUSIONS: AMS can effectively improve the rational application level of clinical antibiotics, improve the medical quality and curb bacterial resistance.
