摘　　要：目的观察在互联网+社区视角下管理老年肿瘤患者家属焦虑情绪障碍的价值。方法选取2017年7月-2018年12月该院45名老年肿瘤患者家属,均采用互联网及社区情绪管理,比较管理前后症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)以及生活质量量表(FACT-G)评分。结果管理后患者家属SCL-90、SAS评分低于管理前,FACT-G评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年肿瘤患者家属,予以互联网+社区管理可明显加快症状缓解,减少负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the value of managing anxiety and emotional disorders of elderly patients with cancer in the perspective of Internet + community. Methods From July 2017 to December 2018, the family members of 45 elderly patients with cancer were selected from the Internet. The Internet and community emotion management were used to compare the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and quality of life scale (FACT-G) scores. Results After management, the SCL-90 and SAS scores of the patients were lower than those before management, and the FACT-G score was higher than that before management. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the family members of elderly patients with cancer, Internet + community management can significantly accelerate the relief of symptoms, reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
