摘　　要：目的了解门诊患者药学知识需求,为门诊一线药师进一步提高药学服务水平提供一手资料。方法收集该院2018年度门诊药事咨询记录679例,回顾性分析,分类整理,总结。结果通过开展药师咨询的回顾性整理,患者对于脑血管、内分泌、呼吸等常见慢性病用药知识需求较高,咨询例数为509例,占74.96%。按照咨询的具体内容分类:药物作用、适应证、使用方法、药物间相互作用为456例,占67.15%。结论通过对门诊药事咨询记录分析,找出患者关心、需要的侧重点,利于药师更好地开展用药交待和药物咨询。Objective To understand the pharmacy knowledge needs of outpatients, and to provide first-hand information for the first-line pharmacists in the clinic to further improve the pharmacy service level. Methods A total of 679 cases of outpatient consultation records in this hospital in 2018 were collected, retrospectively analyzed, classified and summarized. Results Through the retrospective collation of pharmacists, patients had higher knowledge of common chronic disease medications such as cerebrovascular, endocrine, and respiratory. The number of consultations was 509 cases, accounting for 74.96%. According to the specific content of the consultation: drug effects, indications, methods of use, drug interactions were 456 cases, accounting for 67.15%. Conclusion Through the analysis of outpatient drug consultation records, we can find out the concerns and needs of patients, which is helpful for pharmacists to better carry out drug treatment and drug consultation.
