摘　　要：目的就2型糖尿病心身相关的临床特点及代谢内分泌功能变化情况展开探讨。方法通过在该院2017年1月—2018年6月随机各选择80例Ⅰ型与2型糖尿病患者以及另外相同数量的健康志愿者作为研究对象,其中Ⅰ型患者编为A组,2型患者则为B组,健康志愿者是C组。结果①心境状况评分对比上,C组>A组>B组;②内分泌激素含量对比上,AB两组GLU与FPG含量要大于C组,ACTH和INS则小于后者。另外,AB两组中GLU与FPG含量前者要小于后者。上述几项对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者临床表现出负面情绪较高以及心境评分低的特点,且内分泌代谢情况较为紊乱。因而这就要求针对此类患者在临床治疗与监护上采取相应措施,而且还需加强心理疏导工作使其树立信心。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and metabolic endocrine function of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 80 patients with type Ⅰand type 2 diabetes and another number of healthy volunteers were randomly selected from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital. One patient was assigned to group A and type 2 as group B, and healthy volunteers as group C. Results 1.Comparison of mood status scores, group C> group A> group B;2.content of endocrine hormones, AB groups of GLU and FPG content were greater than group C, ACTH and INS were smaller than the latter. In addition, the GLU and FPG content in the AB group were smaller than the former. The above comparisons were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes have clinically high negative emotions and low mood scores, and the endocrine and metabolic disorders are more disordered. Therefore, it is necessary to take corresponding measures for clinical treatment and monitoring of such patients, and it is necessary to strengthen psychological counseling to establish confidence.
