摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔对于Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法纳入研究时间和对象是2015年1月—2018年1月于该院住院或门诊治疗的65例Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者,其中对照组35例,观察组30例,所有患者给予活动干预,优质低蛋白饮食,采用基本抗压药物治疗,胰岛素控制血糖,观察组在此基础上加用前列地尔治疗。比较治疗效果。结果治疗之前两组患者尿微量白蛋白差异不明显,治疗2周后、12周之后,两组患者的尿微量白蛋白较前降低,观察组低于对照组,但两组之间的差异无统计学意义;至24周,两组患者的尿微量白蛋白均降低,观察组患者的指标明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔可降低Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白,且长期应用效果更佳,可推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil on urine microalbumin in patients with stage Ⅲdiabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty-five patients with stage Ⅲdiabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled, including 35 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the observation group. All patients were given active intervention. High-quality low-protein diet, using basic anti-stress drugs, insulin control blood sugar, the observation group added alprostadil on this basis. Compare treatment effects. Results There was no significant difference in urinary albumin between the two groups before treatment. After 2 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment, urine microalbumin decreased in the two groups, and the observation group was lower than the control group, but the difference between the two groups. There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). By 24 weeks, the urine microalbumin decreased in both groups. The index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Alprostadil can reduce microalbuminuria in patients with stage 3 diabetic nephropathy, and the long-term application effect is better, which can be promoted and applied.
