新形势下国土资源档案管理存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：新形势下,国土资源档案管理呈现社会宣传教育倍受关注和信息化日新月异两大特点,但也存在档案管理工作制度与新时代要求还不相适应、信息化程度与新时代要求还不同步和管理人才队伍建设与新时代要求还有差距等问题。因而,要充分认识自然资源档案管理工作重要性,着力深化制度改革、大力提高信息化水平和努力加强人才队伍建设,以不断提升国土资源档案管理水平。This paper discusses the two major characteristics that focused on social propaganda and education and informationization for land and resources archives management under the new situation. Meanwhile, there are still some problems such as the incompatibility between the archives management system and the requirements of the new era, the different level between the degree of informatization and the requirements of the new era, and the gap between the construction of management personnel and the requirements of the new era. Thus, it is necessary to fully learn about the importance of natural resources archives management, further deepen the system reform, vigorously improve the level of information technology and strengthen the construction of personnel, in order to constantly improve the level of land resources archives management.
