早期气管切开治疗颅脑外伤和脑出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察早期气管切开在治疗颅脑外伤和脑出血中的临床效果。方法方便选取该院于2016年7月-2018年10月收治的100例颅脑外伤与脑出血患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者采用常规气管切开术进行治疗;研究组患者采用早期气管切开术进行治疗;对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者临床治疗的总有效率为88.00%(44/50),显著高于对照组的66.00%(33/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.832 3,P=0.008 9 <0.05);且研究组患者在病情控制时间、住院时间、并发症发生率以及不同时间段DRS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期气管切开在颅脑外伤和脑出血的治疗中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of early tracheotomy in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma and cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Convenient select 100 patients with craniocerebral trauma and cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2018 were divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional tracheotomy. Early tracheotomy was performed;the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 88.00%(44/50), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 66.00%(33/50),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.832 3, P=0.0089 <0.05);The DRS scores of the study group were better than the control group in the time of disease control, hospitalization, complication rate and different time periods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early tracheotomy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma and cerebral hemorrhage. It can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the clinical symptoms of patients. It is worth promoting.
