内外侧双切口双钢板治疗股骨远端C3型骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析股骨远端C3型骨折采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2015年8月—2017年12月收治的56例股骨远端C3型骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术进行治疗,对其手术指标、关节活动度与功能情况进行研究分析。结果患者手术时间平均(156.23±12.58)min,术中出血量平均(624.52±12.69)mL,骨折愈合时间平均(16.25±1.26)周,膝关节活动度平均为(105.26±23.65)°,膝关节HSS评分平均为(86.23±4.23)分;所有患者均未出现钢板松动、断裂、软组织感染以及坏死等现象。结论股骨远端C3型骨折采用内外侧双切口双钢板内固定术治疗的临床疗效显著,利于改善膝关节功能,提高关节活动度。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of internal and external double incision double plate internal fixation for C3 fracture of the distal femur. Methods A total of 56 patients with distal femoral C3 fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected. All patients underwent internal and external double-incision double-plate internal fixation for surgical indications, joint activity and function were studied and analyzed. Results The average operation time was (156.23±12.58) min, the average intraoperative blood loss was (624.52±12.69)mL, the fracture healing time was average (16.25±1.26) weeks, and the knee joint activity was (105.26±23.65)°. Knee joint HSS score was (86.23±4.23)points on average;no loosening, rupture, soft tissue infection, or necrosis occurred in all patients. Conclusion The C-type fracture of the distal femur is treated with internal and external double-incision double-plate internal fixation. It has a significant clinical effect, which is beneficial to improve knee function and improve joint mobility.
