摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳房肿块切除术中的临床应用价值。方法2017年1月—2018年12月方便选取乳房肿块患者180例,全部患者均接受超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗,对手术治疗效果和术后恢复情况进行评估。结果180例共362处乳腺肿块麦默通微创旋切过程中超声均清晰显示,其中180例(100.00%)完整切除;术后3个月超声复查发现少许残留,8例患者病理结果呈阳性,阳性率为4.44%,其中5例为浸润性导管癌,其余均为良性病变;术后180例患者均未出现明显手术疤痕。结论超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统在乳房肿块切除术中的临床应用价值高,可实现对肿块的准确定位和诊断,且具备较高的完整切除率,创伤小,美观度好,特别适合于乳腺多发良性肿块地治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive biopsy system in breast lumpectomy. Methods Jan 2017 to Dec 2018 180 patients with breast masses were convenient enrolled. All patients underwent ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery with Mammoto. The results of surgical treatment and postoperative recovery were evaluated. Results Ultrasound was clearly shown in 180 cases of 362 breast masses during the minimally invasive procedure. Among them, 180 cases (100.00%) were completely resected. After 3 months of ultrasound examination, a few residuals were found. The pathological results of 8 patients were positive, positive rate was 4.44%, of which 5 cases were invasive ductal carcinoma, and the rest were benign lesions;180 patients had no obvious surgical scar after operation. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mammoto minimally invasive biopsy system has high clinical value in breast lumpectomy, which can achieve accurate positioning and diagnosis of the tumor, and has a high complete resection rate, small trauma and good aesthetics. It is especially suitable for the treatment of multiple benign masses of the breast.
